Role Overview

Progressive Leasing is hiring Customer Service Representatives for a work-from-home position in Draper, Utah. The role supports customers throughout their lease‑to‑own experience and is essential to delivering a world‑class customer experience.

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Provide top‑tier support and service to customers.
• Utilize AI‑enabled tools and multiple software applications to resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

• High school diploma or GED equivalent; 18 years or older.
• Prior customer service or collections experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Computer and typing proficiency, capable of using multiple applications simultaneously.
• Phone experience in a call‑center environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.

• Reside within 60‑mile radius of Draper, UT.
• Have a dedicated quiet workspace.
• Wired Internet connection: at least 10

• Start date:

• Full‑time work:
  Monday‑Friday 8:30AM–5:00PM and optional weekday/saturday/sunday shifts.
• Hourly rate: $17.00.
