The Bowen Group - VEOCC is looking for a Call Center Representative to assist Veterans at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. This is a fully virtual role that requires at least six months of call center experience and excellent communication skills. Representatives will guide Veterans in stressful situations and ensure they find the right support. Benefits include $17.75 per hour, medical and dental insurance, 401(k), and generous time off.
