In this role, you will assist clients throughout the travel planning process by learning about their preferences, budgets, and travel goals. You will research destinations, accommodations, cruises, vacation packages, transportation, and activities to help identify options that best meet each client's needs. You will also coordinate reservations, prepare personalized itineraries, verify travel details, maintain accurate documentation, and provide timely communication to ensure a seamless client experience from planning through departure.
The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of professionalism. Strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to new technology are essential. Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, administrative support, or travel is welcomed but not required, as comprehensive training and ongoing support are provided.
Responsibilities- Communicate with clients to understand their travel preferences and objectives
- Research destinations, accommodations, transportation, cruises, tours, and vacation packages
- Coordinate travel reservations and verify booking details
- Create customized itineraries and organize travel documentation
- Maintain accurate client records using online systems and digital tools
- Provide timely updates and respond professionally to client inquiries
- Stay current on destination information, supplier offerings, and available promotions
- Deliver outstanding customer service throughout every stage of the planning process
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities
High attention to detail and accuracy - Comfortable learning and using web-based systems and digital platforms
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Customer service, hospitality, administrative, sales, or travel-related experience is a plus but not required
