Modivcare is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for members and resolve questions while coordinating transportation services. This work-from-home role requires Arizona residency and full participation in training with camera for 30 days.
Ideal candidates have 0–2 years in a high-volume contact center, strong customer service skills, and the ability to type at least 35 words per minute. Starting pay is $15.15 per hour with benefits included.
