About the Opportunity
We are seeking a Bilingual French Customer Service Representative to join a growing customer support team. In this role, you will assist customers with insurance-related questions tied to auto loans and lease accounts. This is a customer-focused position dedicated to helping individuals resolve insurance documentation issues and ensuring account requirements are met.
This is not a sales or collections role. All interactions are focused on providing information, gathering details, and helping customers resolve outstanding insurance-related matters.
Key Responsibilities
+ Make outbound calls to customers regarding insurance documentation and policy requirements.
+ Contact insurance agencies to verify coverage information and resolve discrepancies.
+ Assist customers with insurance-related concerns, including cancelled policies, missing payments, or incomplete documentation.
+ Accurately document customer interactions and update information in internal systems.
+ Leave approved scripted messages when unable to reach an insurance representative.
+ Research account information and gather required documentation.
+ Maintain productivity and quality standards in a fast-paced call center environment.
+ Deliver exceptional customer service while demonstrating professionalism and empathy.
Daily Expectations
+ Handle approximately 14 calls per hour.
+ Spend the majority of the workday on the phone assisting customers and insurance representatives.
+ Accurately enter and update account information.
+ Meet performance, attendance, and quality metrics.
Qualifications Required
+ High School Diploma or equivalent.
+ Fluency in French and English (verbal and written).
+ Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, including:
+ Retail
+ Call Center
+ Administrative/Office Support
+ Data Entry
+ Hospitality or Restaurant Service
+ Ability to type at least 30 words per minute.
+ Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
+ Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
+ Comfortable working in a phone-based environment throughout the day.
+ Demonstrated history of meeting performance expectations.
Training
The first three weeks will consist of comprehensive paid training, including:
+ Classroom instruction
+ Job shadowing
+ Guided call handling
+ Quality and performance coaching
An assessment is required at the conclusion of training. Associates must achieve a passing score to transition into their assigned schedule.
Schedule
Bilingual French
Shift:
+ Tuesday - Friday: 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM CST
+ Saturday: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM CST
+ Sunday and Monday:
Off
Training Schedule (First 3 Weeks):
+ Monday - Friday: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM CST

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $16.00/hr.
