Customer Experience Banker (Non NMLS)

As a Customer Experience Banker Non NMLS, you serve as a Financial Concierge for walk‑in customers, managing relationships, processing transactions accurately, balancing daily books, and providing excellent customer service.

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer issues effectively.
• Educate customers on consumer deposit products and banking services.
• Identify and pursue opportunities to grow customer relationships using a disciplined sales process, follow‑up program, outbound calling, and referrals.
• Refer customers to other bank areas to deepen relationships and build strong partnerships.
• Adhere to all operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies and procedures.
• Demonstrate proficiency in sales, customer service, relationship management, banking, communication, and presentation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (minimum) or Bachelor’s Degree.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service or military service in an administration, contracting, civil affairs, or related role.

Preferred Qualifications

• 1 year or more of customer service experience in banking, financial services, or goal‑driven retail sales.
• Cash handling skills.
• Comfort with technology such as mobile and online banking services.

Office-based. Certain positions outside the branch network may be eligible for a flexible work arrangement, combining in‑office and remote work.

Hiring Status: non‑exempt (eligible for overtime pay). Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full‑time basis.
