3E is seeking a Customer Success Manager to build strong customer relationships, drive product adoption, and support retention and growth across a defined book of business. You’ll partner with an Account Manager to maximize value and renewal readiness while identifying expansion opportunities.
In this role you will monitor usage, engage stakeholders, and guide customers toward successful outcomes. Travel is required (10–20%), and this position is remote with a Texas base.
