Location: Town of Vermont
Mascoma Bank seeks a diligent Collections Specialist I to manage delinquent accounts and maintain positive client relationships. This position is based at our White River Junction, VT Operations Center and may be eligible for a hybrid work schedule after training.
You will perform residential collection duties, contact customers by telephone, email or in person, and document actions and payments in our systems.
