Partner Support Consultant

About the Team

Our Partner Support Team works directly with real estate professionals and internal business partners to provide consultation on Zillow’s platform and build a better client experience. The team focuses on troubleshooting technical issues, handling billing inquiries, and educating partners through inbound/outbound calls, chat, and email. Support is available Monday–Friday (5am‑5pm PST) and Saturday & Sunday (6:30am‑5pm PST).

The Partner Support Consultant provides world‑class support to Zillow’s Partners and real estate agents, protecting and strengthening relationships so partners can grow their businesses. Analysts resolve partner inquiries on the first contact and anticipate customers’ needs.

• Respond to inbound and outbound partner inquiries via phone, chat, and email.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and assist with billing questions.
• Educate partners on Zillow products, features, and functionality.
• Maintain high levels of accuracy, integrity, and customer service throughout interactions.
• Use Zendesk and other internal tools to document and track support tickets.

• 1‑2 years of experience in a contact‑center or customer‑service role, preferably working from home.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed performance targets and manage large volumes of customer contact.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills with the ability to multitask during live interactions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with empathy and compassion.
• Self‑motivated, adaptable to ongoing process changes, and collaborative with teammates.
• Commitment to confidentiality and data security.
• Access to reliable high‑speed internet, Ethernet connection, a quiet private space, and a suitable phone setup.

Base hourly pay ranges vary by state:

• California, Connecticut, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Washington DC: $21.60–$34.60 per hour.
• Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Minnesota, Nevada, Ohio, Rhode Island, Vermont, Virginia: $20.60–$32.80 per hour.

Additional compensation includes equity awards, which are based on experience, performance, and location.

This is a fully remote position. Employees are expected to work during the support hours above and may be required to work weekends.
