Maximus is seeking a Trainer I for a seasonal, remote role spanning about 6 to 8 weeks from September through December. The position requires an 8-hour shift between 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. CST, including overtime on Mondays during production and a second day in December.
You will design and deliver training programs, coordinate events, ensure resource readiness, maintain training records, and provide on‑floor support and customer escalation assistance.
