What You'll Do

As a Customer Service Representative, you will serve as a key liaison between customers, internal business partners, and field service teams.

Responsibilities include:

+ Answer inbound customer and partner inquiries via phone and email

+ Create and manage service requests for repairs, maintenance, installations, and other support needs

+ Coordinate service dispatches and communicate updates to customers and internal teams

+ Process replacement part orders and follow up on part deliveries

+ Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in company systems

+ Monitor and update equipment and maintenance records

+ Assist with service order completion and issue resolution

+ Support inventory tracking and spare parts management

+ Generate and maintain various operational reports

+ Collaborate with cross-functional departments including Technical Support, Operations, Finance, Marketing, and IT

+ Provide general administrative support and assist with special projects as needed

Qualifications Required

+ Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in an office or professional environment

+ At least 1 year of data entry experience

+ Experience handling business phone calls and customer inquiries

+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Excel

+ Strong organizational and multitasking skills

+ Basic computer proficiency and attention to detail

+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Experience with SAP

+ Logistics or supply chain experience

+ College degree

Experience with Lotus Notes or similar systems

Work Environment

+ Professional corporate office setting

+ Business casual dress code

+ Hybrid schedule with a combination of onsite and remote work

+ Candidates should expect regular onsite collaboration and training

+ Comprehensive onboarding and training program (approximately 3+ weeks)

Schedule

+ Monday through Friday

+ Standard schedule: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM

+ Training shifts may vary between 7:00 AM and 9:00 AM start times

+ Occasional overtime may be available with prior approval

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
