SeniorCRE is seeking a Customer Success & ROI Lead to own operator adoption, measure operating performance, and produce case studies after each deployment. The role starts as fractional (2–3 days/week) and may grow to a full-time Customer Success Manager as operator counts rise. You will ensure commercial value is demonstrated to drive the next operator sale.
