Location: Greece (Relocation Opportunity Available)
Job Type: Full-Time (40 hours per week)
Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Norwegian‑Speaking Customer Service Agent to support Netflix customers. Based in Greece, you'll be responsible for answering customer enquiries remotely, via a mix of telephone, email, and online chats. Full training is provided.
Qualifications- You must have a C1/C2 level of Norwegian
, both written and verbal, and a high level of English. - Your native language and nationality must be clearly listed in your CV and/or Cover Letter.
- You must have a valid EU passport.
- You must be either living in Greece, or willing to relocate there. We offer a relocation package for successful candidates living abroad.
