Disabled Veteran Solutions (DVS) is seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to handle high-volume customer support via phone, email, text, and web chat for tolling services.
Role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and ability to navigate multiple systems; 100% attendance during training is mandatory. Remote position; residency in PA, TX, or VA is required. Training hours and production shifts are set with overtime paid for hours over 40.
