Job Summary

Customer Support Representative, acting as a liaison to provide information and resolve customer issues with accuracy and efficiency. The ideal candidate is patient, empathetic, and communicates effectively to ensure high customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Manage large volumes of incoming calls
  • Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the appropriate methods/tools
  • Meet personal and/or customer call handling quotas
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers
Requirements
  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
  • Track record of over-achieving quota
  • Strong phone handling and active listening skills
  • Proficient computer skills and ability to learn new software
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Customer orientation with the ability to adapt to different character types
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Graduation in any field
  • 1–3 years of experience
