The position covers inbound calls, delivers exquisite service and builds meaningful relationships while aligning with cost-benefit goals for clients and Amex.
Fluent in French and Dutch with English, you will multitask in a fast-paced environment, uphold compliance, negotiate, and drive first-time resolutions where possible.
