Location: Town of Poland
Finom, a fast-growing fintech, is hiring a Customer Success Specialist for a fully remote role. You will engage with existing customers by phone, chat and email, understand their business goals, suggest relevant features and plans, and work to boost product adoption while lowering churn.
Native German or Dutch with C1 English is required, plus at least six months of phone-based support experience and strong communication.
