Collection Specialist with German

About the role

As a member of our Collection Team, you will collaborate with our German stakeholders to build strong business relationships with customers, resolve overdue bills, and collect payments. You will be the first point of contact for our Partners, upholding excellent customer service while staying well‑organized and efficient. This role also offers an opportunity to develop your credit skills.

• Perform collection process for assigned entity: contact customers regarding overdue accounts and determine reasons for non‑payments.
• Deliver high level of customer service.
• Monitor customer accounts and follow up on overdue accounts.
• Participate in resolution of unclear payments.
• Evaluate customer account and payment history.
• Elaborate reports (periodical and upon request).
• Prepare and update process maps and desktop procedures.
• Take actions to encourage timely debt payments.
• Process payments & refunds and resolve billing & customer credit issues.

• Fluent German and English (required).
• Solid experience in OTC Collections area.
• Confident user of SAP in the Collections field.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Great communication skills and telephone manner.
• Customer‑focused and a real team player.
• Efficient at working in a fast‑paced environment with great time‑management skills.
