• Provide customer service across multiple channels (calls, chat, mobile messaging).
• Build significant relationships with clients via consultative techniques, understand their needs, propose solutions and negotiate outcomes.
• Educate customers on products based on their preferences.
• Meet and exceed performance goals, compliance guidelines and productivity targets.
• Navigate systems and applications to assist customers and enable use of online and mobile platforms.
• Report essential information including payment details, changes of information, and travel notifications.
• Re-prioritize and adapt to changing environments.

• 2+ years of customer service experience, including 6 months of chat assistance.
• Typing speed of at least 40
  
  WPM with 90% accuracy.
• Proficiency in web navigation and troubleshooting.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, verbal and written skills.
• Assertiveness in handling difficult conversations.
• Strong negotiation, influencing and resourcefulness.
• Critical, analytical thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
• Confidence working in a digital environment.
• Experience multitasking across multiple screens or equipment.
• Preferred:
  Ability to work in a hybrid environment (onsite / remote).

Hybrid arrangement allowed (on site and from home).

Remote work requirements: 25

Mbps internet connection, quiet private space.
