• Supply global‑class customer support, including responding to client inquiries and issues through various channels (calls, chat, text).
• Build meaningful relationships with clients using a consultative approach, understanding their needs and giving product recommendations.
• Deliver first‑touch resolution and negotiate satisfactory outcomes for customers and American Express.
• Meet and exceed service level, compliance policies, and productivity targets.
• Navigate PC systems and mobile applications to help clients and enable them to use online/mobile tools.
• Record essential information, including pricing, identity, transaction details, and notifications.
• Prioritize requests and adapt in an ever‑changing environment.

• Demonstrated success handling high‑volume, high‑quality service in challenging situations.

• Basic navigation ability, internet savvy, and fundamental troubleshooting knowledge.
• Ability to toggle between multiple windows/devices.
• Bachelor’s degree; associate degree or college coursework acceptable.
