• Navigate laptop systems and applications to assist customers and enable them to fully utilize online and mobile platforms.
• Document essential information, including fee details, transaction exchanges, and notifications.

• Good navigation skills, internet savvy, and basic troubleshooting knowledge.
• Ability to multitask and toggle between multiple applications.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent educational background.

Full‑time employment with a hybrid model, including onsite and remote work.

Remote work requirements: 25

Mbps or higher internet connection and a quiet, private workspace.
