Support Your App invites you to join as a Customer Support Consultant. This remote role welcomes a multicultural environment and focuses on delivering high-quality support via chats and emails. You will build strong customer relationships while meeting KPIs and staying updated with the latest tech.
We value native Arabic and English at B2 level, plus at least 6 months of experience in customer support. A personal laptop and reliable internet are required. Experience with CRM systems is a plus.
