Remote Customer Service Representative

Work from home with Turbo Tax Product Expert.

• Earn up to $24 per hour based on total weekly compensation when working 45+ hours per week
• Base Pay: $18.50 per hour (includes guaranteed hourly pay, $3.00 Network Fee component, paid on every hour worked)
• Weekly Bonus Opportunities: up to $250 per week. Bonuses are performance and schedule based: $100 Weekly Bonus when you work 36–44.99 hours; $100 Weekly Bonus when you work 45+ hours.
• TNPS Performance Bonus: $50 gift card when you achieve 4 or more TNPS Promoters in a single day and zero TNPS Detractors that same day.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will help Turbo Tax customers by answering their questions concerning Turbo Tax products and tax return software. Most of these questions concern Downloading, Logging In, Getting Started with Basic Navigation, Importing Documents, Printing and Filing, and very basic Tax questions. We provide continuous support for everything.

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat or email in a professional and timely manner.
• Guide users through product features and resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate logs of interactions.
• Collaborate with SMEs and Performance Specialists for escalations.

• No specific accounting background required.
• Strong communication skills to assist customers with Turbo Tax products and tax return software.
• Ability to understand and empathize with customer needs while driving innovation and providing top‑notch service.

• Build your own schedule with flexible hours at any time between 8am EST and 12am midnight EST, Monday to Sunday.
• Minimum 25 hours per week required; more hours available for higher pay.
• Certified as Turbo Tax Product Expert after three days training with a $405 certification bonus.
• Daily $5 per hour turbo bonus (April 9‑15) for minimum 8 hours each day.
