• Work closely with Client Success Managers and Implementation Specialists to plan and execute client wellbeing activities, programs and services that exceed expectations and deliver results.
• Support the client relationship after sales, implementing programs as directed by the Client Services Support Team Lead.
• Provide team members and stakeholders with consistent information to ensure overall awareness of project expectations.
• Participate in face‑to‑face meetings and relationship‑building events with client contacts.
• Collaborate on program measurement and performance analysis.
• Develop or maintain wellness programs, including communication, reports, incentives, Power Points, meeting notes, and marketing materials.
• Respond to customer service tickets, emails, and requests to provide customer support.
• Play a critical role on assigned client teams and the Navigate operations team, contributing to employee, client, and community wellbeing.

• Experience in a business‑to‑business environment.
• Passion for client service.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, organize, and prioritize responsibilities.

• Prior experience in account management or customer service (preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 20 lbs.
• Normal mental and visual attention required.
• Normal office working conditions requiring continuous use of both hands.
• Sitting most of the time, may involve walking or standing for brief periods.
• Occasional bending, squatting, twisting, and climbing stairs.
• Minimal exposure to workplace hazards.
• Perform essential functions satisfactorily; reasonable accommodations available.
