Omni Interactions is seeking independent contractors to provide remote customer care for Fortune 500 clients. You will handle inbound calls, chat, and emails to resolve customer questions and issues with professionalism and empathy.
Work hours are mostly weekdays with flexible scheduling. Earnings vary by client, at $17–$20 per hour, plus incentives. Successful contractors need a quiet home office, a PC, reliable internet, and a wired headset. This is a contract position.
