Time Investment Company in Wisconsin is seeking Spanish bilingual Customer Care Representatives to work from home with periodic West Bend office visits. You will assist loan holders, answer questions, help with monthly payments, and maintain clear loan notes.
Candidates should have 2-3 years in customer service, be fluent in English and Spanish, and proficient in Outlook with CRM experience. A college degree is preferred, and some finance/call-center background is a plus.
