As the first point of contact for many of our clients, you will play a crucial role in representing our brand, answering enquiries, and facilitating a seamless booking process through our online platforms. • Engage with clients in a professional and friendly manner via our live chat system.
• Provide comprehensive information about our range of services, treatments, products, and current promotions.
• Assist clients with scheduling, rescheduling, and cancelling appointments efficiently and accurately.
• Address and resolve client queries and concerns with empathy, aiming for first-contact resolution.
• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of all salon offerings and policies.
• Accurately record details of client interactions and transactions in our system.
• Escalate complex issues to the Salon Manager when necessary.
• Collaborate with the in-salon team to ensure a consistently high level of client satisfaction.

• Proven experience in a customer service or client support role, preferably with experience in online chat support.
• Exceptional written communication skills in English, with impeccable grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly in a digital environment.
• Proficient in using computers and comfortable learning new software and booking systems.
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple conversations simultaneously.
