Veta Virtual is seeking a Customer Support Specialist for a fully remote role serving sellers in the online vehicle marketplace. You will be the first contact, guiding customers through the listing process, answering questions confidently, and ensuring a smooth handoff to the Listing Team.
You will manage live calls, emails, and CRM records with scripts while maintaining a friendly, professional tone. Prior customer service experience is preferred and the schedule runs Mon-Sat, Pacific Time.
