Wayfair is seeking a Remote Customer Service Representative to support customers via phone, inbound chat, and other messaging channels, maintaining high service levels and delivering effective solutions to a variety of issues.
Responsibilities include handling a high volume of calls (approximately 50–60 per shift), building rapport, guiding customers through returns, shipping, product availability, and order status, and escalating recurring issues for process improvement.
