Provide exceptional customer service by answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries;
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner;
Utilize company resources and tools to assist customers with product information, billing inquiries, and technical support;
Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions and transactions;
