Travel Advisor Specialist
As a Travel Advisor Specialist, you will serve as a primary point of contact for our clients, managing inbound and outbound communications with professional excellence. Utilizing a suite of web-based tools, you will efficiently resolve inquiries to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about service delivery in a high-velocity environment.

Your responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, providing excellent customer service, working with confidential customer information, and escalating interactions when necessary. You will also track call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes.
We're looking for fearless people - people who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that we do. Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, minimum of two years of experience in a travel agency with experience in Sabre GDS, and the ability to type at least 25 words per minute. Customer service and/or sales experience is preferred.

Work from home requirements include a dedicated workspace with a hardwired Ethernet connection (minimum 15 Mbps download/10 Mbps upload, ISP under 50ms) and proof of internet speed.
