Pro Service Hawaii is hiring for a Relations Specialist to be the primary contact for payroll, benefits, PTO, HR, attendance, and billing inquiries. You will manage client cases in Salesforce, meet SLA timelines, and escalate issues with full context while maintaining ownership through resolution.
You will guide clients toward Prism and T&A during service interactions, using self-service tools and proactive problem-solving to reduce friction.
