• Provide excellent customer service to all consumers and third parties on inbound and outbound calls.
• Handle between 100–150 calls per day in a call center or remote work environment.
• Be a problem-solver and work with consumers to resolve their account.
• Utilize a call flow to guide you through calls and locate consumer contact information.
• Positively and efficiently implement changes required by the client.
• Review statistics provided by management to ensure job requirements are met.
• Collaborate with CBE’s management team on personal growth and areas for improvement.
• Contribute to a positive, collaborative work environment with coworkers.

• Requirements: U.S. Citizenship or 3-year legal residence.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Background checks and drug testing required.
• Training: 3 weeks paid.
• Wage: $20.00 – $26.00 per hour; commission potential if performance exceeds expectations.

  three shifts per week from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and two shifts until 8:00 p.m.
