Job Overview
These are virtual/hybrid working positions (work from home) but you must be within one hour of travel time to a Providence work location in the Portland Metro Area. This proximity ensures that you can attend training sessions and work from a Providence physical location when required.
Under the direction of the Supervisor, Call Center, the Call Center Rep supports the Call Center Team and internal departments by advocating on behalf of Providence Medical Group patients and helps them navigate through the managed care system. This position is responsible for the resolution of customer inquiries through multiple channels; upkeep of resources to remain current; and coordination of special projects and events.
Required Qualifications- 1 year of Customer service experience.
- 1 year of medical office or health care experience.
- Epic experience.
- Medical terminology experience.
Salary Range, Oregon Min: $20.19, Max: $30.26
