Source Knowledge, Inc. is seeking a junior Customer Support Agent located in Canada with a fully remote role. You will onboard new accounts, provide timely support, and manage advertiser/publisher relationships to keep campaigns on track and hitting targets.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, generate client reports, and strive to deliver excellent service within SLA guidelines. A degree and familiarity with office suites are required; prior ad platform experience is a plus.
