American Consumer Credit Counseling (ACCC) is seeking a Client Success Manager to guide clients enrolled in our Debt Management Program. You’ll be their trusted advisor from enrollment to completion, helping them stay on track and celebrate debt-free milestones.
You’ll collaborate with Counseling, Creditor Relations, and Disbursements teams to explain payment structures, monitor accounts, and identify risks that improve client retention.
