Maximus is seeking Customer Service Representatives to support FEMA, handling calls and disaster assistance applications from a designated US geographic area. This position is remote but requires residing within 75 miles of McAllen, TX and pickup of equipment at our office in McAllen.
You'll work an eight-hour shift across multiple days, including weekends, to assist disaster survivors with timely data gathering, case updates, and inquiries while meeting QA metrics and privacy standards.
