Maximus is seeking bilingual Spanish-English Customer Service Representatives to support FEMA, handling calls and processing disaster assistance applications for the designated area. This is a Remote - Work at Home role, but you must reside within 75 miles of McAllen, TX and be able to pick up equipment at our office in McAllen.
The position requires 8-hour shifts, 5 days per week, including weekends, with strong data entry, confidentiality and multitasking.
