Health Sherpa is seeking individuals for a seasonal Agent Support role. You will work fully remote, taking calls from insurance agents across the country and helping them navigate the ACA enrollment process within our platform.
You will report to a supervisor and have reliable home internet and a quiet workspace. Residency in Florida, Ohio, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, or Virginia is required, and you may be eligible for extension through January 2027 if Open Enrollment is extended.
