Short’s Travel Management is seeking a Travel Consultant in the NCAA Championships department. You will handle domestic and basic international travel requests for group and individual travelers, using phone, e‑mail, or portal, ensuring efficient, courteous service and timely bookings.
The role is located in Waterloo, IA, but may be remote. An associate’s degree or 2 years of customer service experience is preferred, with flexibility for overtime during peak periods.
