Oscar is seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our Member and Provider Services team. This remote role serves Georgia residents, handling daily customer interactions and back-office tasks within standard operating procedures.
You will report to the Concierge Operations Manager, with a pay rate of $19.00 per hour and an additional $1.00 per hour upon successful completion of the bilingual assessment, plus benefits and 15 days of vacation per year.
