 Pay: $18.50/hour

Job Summary
 We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused Dispatcher to join a busy logistics team in Aurora, IL. In this role, you'll support delivery operations by communicating with drivers, handling customer service inquiries, and ensuring delivery issues are resolved efficiently. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong communication and organizational skills looking for a stable, full-time position with room for growth.
 Responsibilities
 Answer phone calls from delivery drivers and provide support as needed.
 Communicate delivery updates and report issues to the appropriate departments.
 Respond to emails and maintain accurate communication records.
 Assist with coordinating daily delivery operations.
 Provide excellent customer service while resolving questions and concerns.
 Perform additional administrative and dispatch duties as assigned.

 Training:
Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
 Regular

Schedule:

Tuesday–Saturday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
 Overtime opportunities available.
 Saturday shifts may become remote (work from home) after successful training and based on performance.
 Qualifications
 Previous customer service, dispatch, or administrative experience preferred.
 Strong verbal and written communication skills.
 Basic computer and email proficiency.
 Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
 Reliable attendance and strong organizational skills.
 Requirements
 Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (E-Verify required).
 Must pass a background check.
 Steel-toe boots are required while on-site.
