NMS is seeking a Remote Radio Dispatcher / Call-Taker for the Greater Prudhoe Bay area in Alaska. The role involves emergency and non-emergency dispatch, handling incoming calls, and coordinating with multiple agencies.
Rotational schedule: two weeks on, two weeks off, alternating days and nights. Responsibilities include using CAD systems, communicating effectively with agencies, and maintaining confidentiality.
