Sedgwick is seeking a Concierge Performance Associate for a fully remote role. The schedule is 12:00 PM–9:00 PM with one required weekend shift weekly.
You will support homeowners, contractors, and carriers by dispatching jobs, answering questions, and coordinating appointments. Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, 1 year in construction management/restoration/insurance claims or customer service, and strong communication and computer skills.
