Sedgwick is seeking a Concierge Performance Associate for a remote role with a 12:00 PM–9:00 PM schedule and one required weekend shift per week. You will assist Property Repair Solutions customers, dispatch jobs to contractors, and support insurance adjusters while ensuring customer expectations are met.
The position requires strong communication, problem solving, and organizational skills with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
