Sedgwick is seeking a Concierge Performance Associate for a remote role with a 12:00 PM–9:00 PM schedule and one required weekend shift per week. You will assist homeowners, contractors, and carriers with questions, dispatch work to contractors, and help ensure customer expectations are met.
Responsibilities include making outbound calls to sell programs, assigning contractors, scheduling appointments, supporting adjusters, and tracking job progress while maintaining professionalism and accuracy
