You will step in as the voice of the brand, ensuring business clients get top-tier support and strategic advice. Whether you lean toward helping people solve daily puzzles or you have a knack for spotting growth opportunities, your main objective is to keep clients happy, successful, and growing. You ll ensure businesses maximize their online presence while maintaining high satisfaction rates.

More specifically, you will:

• Provide daily support to business clients in the B2B market, helping them navigate their accounts.
• Identify smart sales and up-selling opportunities to help clients expand their reach.
• Build strong, trusting relationships with marketing decision-makers and online advertising strategy consultants.
• Dive deep into your customers  unique business goals to help them get the absolute most out of their online advertising campaigns.
• Achieve high customer satisfaction scores by focusing on quality communication and tangible results.

Your secret weapons (Must-haves):

• Native or fluent command of the German language.
• A solid upper-intermediate or advanced level of English (B2/C1) to easily navigate internal training and systems.
• A genuine love for intercultural communication and a strong desire to embrace the expat lifestyle in Greece.
• For the sales path: some previous experience working in sales or commercial roles.
• For the support path: a background or comfortable familiarity with call center environments.
