The Silky Way is seeking a Polish-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join our remote, long-term team. You will be the main contact between The Silky Way and Polish customers, primarily handling inquiries via email and social channels.
You will respond to emails, manage messages on Facebook Messenger, respond on Facebook and Instagram, advise on products, help with orders and returns, and document cases in Zendesk and Shopify, collaborating with logistics and marketing.
