Marken, UPS Healthcare Precision Logistics, is seeking a customer service professional to support critical shipments across medical and high-tech industries from a temporary remote capacity, transitioning to an on-site office in Miami, FL.
The role requires at least 1 year of customer service experience, strong communication, and proficiency with Word, Excel and Outlook. Training will run weekdays 8:00am–5:00pm EST for 3–4 weeks, with evening hours 2:00pm–10:30pm EST when on-site.
