Zurich North America is hiring multiple Service Contract Associates to join our Vehicle Service Contract team. These virtual positions will work a shift between 7 am – 8 pm Central Standard Time.
In this role you will investigate and resolve low‑exposure automotive claims, assess coverage, provide technical support to external staff, and communicate with service shops, dealerships, and claimants to obtain information and close cases. Remote work option with full‑time schedules.
